After a firmware update, the receiver does not operate correctly ?

In some cases, the firmware update fails, and it can no longer perform certain functions.

In this case you should try the update is performed again, and test the function again.

Alternatively, you can contact an Onkyo service partner to restore the unit back to the original factory state with the updated firmware.
